    Unless things have changed in the last couple of years then yes you should be able to do that. Last time I was there I was in a Sinclair gas station getting ice and some snacks and they sold left-over tags, heck the cafe I would eat breakfast in also sold tags.

    No problem - also I suppose that way if you ever remove the rail it will not have a spot missing the Cerakote. Not sure who will be doing your work but if you don't already have someone lined up I'd give Karl @ Kampfeld Customs a call, he does great work including all things Cerakote (y)

    I used the Sportsmatch rings on mine and got it mounted just fine, had to move the back ring up just a bit though. Not much wiggle room but it works.

    I'll have to keep looking for a field pic but this is one I got a number of years ago and is a pretty good 3x3. I actually ran into him the prior year elk hunting and he was a bit heavier but still a good 3 IMHO.

    Oregon bull from a little over a week ago. My first shot was less than perfect so had to follow up but the 120 grain BT's did their job.

    If you look there aren't a lot of muzzle loader hunts that run late. Heck of a buck for sure - public land or private?? Regardless nice to know bucks like that still exist!!

    I'm good with the 2.5-10x42 for all the stuff I hunt and the areas I mostly get to hunt its plenty. At 61 10x still seems to be OK for me.

    IMHO this one has just about the right amount for an all arounder type knife. Its a David Winston model 92.
