    Guide Lite MT: Compatible W/Guide Lite Packs?

    I am looking to add a couple of packs to my collection. It looks like MR is switching to the Guide Lite MT frame. Does anybody know if the existing Guide Lite framed packs (Pintler, Metcalf, etc) are compatible?

    Is anybody else wary about zippers on hard-use packs?

    That wasn't my issue. One pack was a brand new MOLLE II. It had maybe 20 miles of ruck marches on it. The zipper at the sleeping bag compartment blew out as the result of packing too much crap in it. The second pack's zipper also failed as a result of being right at the cusp of it's capacity...

    Is anybody else wary about zippers on hard-use packs?

    I noticed that most of high end packs like Kifaru and Mystery Ranch all have zippers in their main compartments. Does anybody else wish they didn't? I had two pretty crappy experiences with zippers breaking when I was in the Army. One was even the MOLLE II pack with huge YKK zippers.

    Need a pack, on a budget, do I go new or used?

    Sorry if I am breaking rules by posting this, but I have a MR Pintler that I ordered in the completely wrong size for me I will probably be putting on Ebay soon. I am hoping to get $350 net to me.

    Mystery Ranch: Back In Stock and New Product Lines

    I am looking to get a couple new packs; namely the Cabinet and the Metcalf. I noticed that much of the Mystery Ranch line, at least the hunting stuff (but a lot of the backpacking stuff, too). Does anybody know when MR usually gets their stuff back in stock?
