    No I haven't. And if I didn't make it clear in my post I'm not judging her for actually doing it. I saw it happen first hand growing up & slaughtered just about every kind of animal you can eat. The main point was I just thought it was stupid of her to actually write about it in her book.

    The thing that keeps me from doing a lot of high intensity activities at my age is the very real potential of something like a tearing an achilles, a pec or a bicep, etc. I still lift, run, etc. but stay away from the crazy stuff I used to do.
