An FYI for those concerned about spacers or pad thickness.
For grins, I put on a regular T3 limbsaver for reference.
And it took 10 minutes to cut a spacer out of an old thinsulate pad......you could literally use anything. Only issue would be screw length depending on your spacer thickness...
I envy you all. Get after it and go have a blast! Enjoy every minute, every step. Can no longer run due to joint and back issues but the most peaceful time in my life was running mountain ultras.

I would suggest looking at the hornady frontier 75 grain bthp. It's been very accurate and consistent out of my 223 ctr.
You can usually get it anywhere from $15.99 to $17.99 a box. It is what I use for practice shooting.
