    The LEM looks nice but still needs special expensive bags. The vacmaster bags are online now —8in x12in. 3 mil 1000 count for $49. If you seal a lot this this makes a big difference

    Master built 40 electric and love it. Had a propane but had trouble keeping proper temp on windy days. I was in Alaska last year and brought back some halibut and it is awesome in smoker. Lots of pod cast with great recipes
