Sounds like you run the risk of over pressuring a spot and educating birds out of it. I don't try and hunt a spot more than once a week. Will rotate through and vary days and times at different places.
Burn fuel, lots of it.
Try to Get there around the same time frame you want to hunt the next day and pay attention to where the birds are coming from and leaving to after you find them.
Send CA an email from their website contact form. Tell them exactly what rifle you have and ask them what ammunition they designed it for. They respond really quick with that information. And saves a good bit of guessing on ammo.
I'm doing something similar, pack 2 doz decoys
12 mallard
9 widgeon
3 pintail drakes. It's been pretty versatile on small water and I can always pull a few to shrink it down if need be.
I make a couple trips out in spring and summer and try to cover at least all the road systems and trails of interest before season. Usually helps narrow down the area in season.
