Looking for a rifle Elk hunt for 2024. My buddy and I are both sitting at 5 points now so we want to burn next year. What expectations should we have trophy quality? If there is a better area to go let me know. Which outfitter would you go with in this area. Thanks for the help
shot 15 rounds through my 308 Crest yesterday. Norma 150 sp shot pretty good. Thats a 5 shot group. So far, it has been very fun and alot softer shooting than my 7mm Rem mag. I will be reloading for it to get the most out of it.
wondering the same thing myself. I talked to my gun dealer Friday and his distributor had one in stock. I'm waiting for the B14 Crest to be available. Not sure about carbon barrel but like the lighter weight

I will probably stick with the 7mm Mag for elk so really asking what caliber and brand to buy for deer and antelope.I would like to have something that was good out of the box without having to modify triggers and stocks. How good are the Tikka triggers? I do like Savage so the Bass Pro sales...
I had to put a new scope on my 7mm Mag a week before I left for antelope hunt in Wy first week of October. I decided to buy a new Leupold Vx3 4.5-14 to replace my vx2 3-9 that wasn’t tracking. I sent the scope in to be fixed thinking I would just sell it but now thing I should add a new gun...
I just got the Leupold BX4 10x42 in Sitka on sale for $480 shipped from Reeds. I've went back and forth the last two years. Leupold just seem better to me
