    Sold Meopta Scopes

4.5-14x50 HTR scope is sold. 6-18x50 scope still available. This scope was on my 300 WinMag for a few years. I’m having it rebarrelled and threaded for a suppressor so I decided to get a flat brim hat and a Nightforce scope as an upgrade. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Question about nonresident land owner in New Mexico

Thanks for pointing that out. I was mistaken. Here is what it says about secondary areas from the link above: “Secondary Management Zone – These areas are outside the Primary and Special Management Zones where no specific management goals are set. In these areas, private-land licenses are...

Question about nonresident land owner in New Mexico

Yes. You have to draw a tag for the unit or qualify for the E-Plus system to obtain a tag for your own property. For deer, you can buy an OTC tag and hunt on your own property. https://wildlife.dgf.nm.gov/hunting/maps/eplus/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rucking help Running?

Thank you all for the info. Kind of what I figured. I’ve got a good running base. Just wondered about mixing things up. Plus there’s a memorial ruck for a fallen soldier coming up in a couple of weeks I was thinking about doing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Rucking help Running?

Does weighted rucking help improve running strength or endurance? I’m curious about this as I am training for a marathon in December. I really enjoy rucking in preparing for my mountain hunts, but don’t want to waste time doing it if it’s not going to help with distance run training. Sent...

    Triathlon/Marathon/Endurance Sports Thread

I’m signed up for my first marathon in December. I’ve run 20+ half marathons over the last 10 years so I have a good base. Never have thought it would be good to go any farther but I finally decided it’s now or never. When is your race and how is the training going tj? Sent from my...

    WTS/WTT 2006 Toyota Sequoia 4x4

Bump for you. These are good rigs. I’ve owned 2 with over 200k miles and no major repairs. The last one I sold 4 years ago is still going strong and the new owner loans it out to friends for road trips. Good 4WD system and decent power with the 4.7 which is a very durable motor. Plenty...

Guys that drive a long ways to hunt, what are your less common(but important) pieces of gear/tools you're sure to keep in the truck?

Or take the battery out of it and keep it separate. I rented a Turo SUV and they kept the fob in the center console in a foil/ faraday pouch so it could be locked when I returned the vehicle at the airport. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
