CO beetle Kill // 10+ year old burn area for elk

Hey all, I've got a question that maybe some more experienced folks can shed some light on. I've looked at aerial imagry, google earth, and hunt platforms till i'm red in the face in two particular units in CO. (77/78) 78 has the massive west fork fire from 2013 and the google earth imagry...

I have a used pair of size 10.5 insulated Crispi Guide GTX's. Asking $250 OBO. I have found myself wearing my non-insulated nevada's more often so I am selling the guides. The boot is in good shape, rand, vibram sole and leather are all in great condition.

Boots boots, what boots

I have also changed over from the tall rubber boots to a leather insulated boot more along the lines of what they wear for big mountain hunts. If I have a good sock and wear my gaiter's on top I rarely get cold feet on stand, and honestly think they may keep my feet warmer than the rubber boots...
