Oh yes that is totally out of line. I think they should have just made them temporarily free access so there isn't and germ distribution via parking slip/money transfer if they are so worried about it.

I had a very similar problem with onx last year. If I would have onx open and use the track feature it would only track while my screen was lit up. And then when I'd open the app again, it would just have a straight line from my current location to where I was last time my screen was on.
