I too am a Toyota fanboy and was super excited about the new Tundra refresh. I've got a 2011 with 228k miles with only very few issues that were simple fixes. I was ready to upgrade to the new model, but no way after reading some of the Toyota boards...
The 10 & 15 are pretty large, even when rolled up due to the internal foam. I use a MegaMat Lite 12 when packed size is a concern but I still want more comfort than the tiny backpacking mats.
Agree with the others. Never hunt from someone else's stand. If you pack in and get there first with your climber, no issues. However, don't be surprised in you see a headlamp come bopping down the trail right at day break (or later) to ruin your hunt. Depending on area, probably worth the gamble.
Depends on the situation. If you've got a walk to your stand, lighter boots then add the boot blankets when you get there. If not much of a walk, I like the Sorel felt lined boots.
Either way, a light poly liner sock with heavy wool over top will help too.
