    Ground blind recommendations

Another vote for the Primos Double Bull here. I have the 270 and have used it heavily for deer and hogs for the last 2 years. Big enough for two grown men, easy to set up like a good hub style blind should be, easy to brush in and conceal, easy to see and shoot out of. Only downside is they...

    Sight pin alignment

I would guess looking through your peep different is the cause. Or your anchor is inconsistent, face pressure is inconsistent, smashing your release etc etc. You're not curving arrows. Sent from my Pixel 4a using Tapatalk

    2020 whatcha hunting

Drew another muley tag in NM (!?!), different unit than last year though. Planning a trip up to Oklahoma this year as well as staying close to home for whitetail and maybe a muley here too. And Texas= always hog season so hog hunting every couple weeks; at least once a week for the time being.

    Rms clicker

Have any of y'all been able to time this thing to go off at the same time as your limb mounted clicker? I received mine last week and haven't been able to position it into a spot that clicks consistently and at the same time as my limb mounted clicker not willing to ditch the limb clicker if it...

    Made in USA bows?

How far away are you from 3 rivers archery? There are plenty of options that are made here in the USA without having to spend a pile of money. Bear and Martin come to mind.

    Whitetail Rangefinder

Red reticle is very helpful in low light situations and the 850 should be enough for most hunts IMO. The problem I had with older Vortex rangefinders is the speed to get a reading, maybe they've fixed that now.

South Texas Nilgai Hunt - Public Land

How hard was it to get back there with no bike? Were you able to get away from other hunters on foot?

Using Floorless Shelters in Arizona or other areas with rattlesnakes.

I run a Bora bivy/tarp/polycro ground cloth. It's still lighter than most tents and at the end of the day you can just unroll the bivy and not even put up the tarp if there's no weather coming in or your too tired to care about weather. Never had any problems with...

    Humbled Again

Looks like my old groups pre-clicker as well. Collapsing on the draw and missing to the right from not having a consistent anchor and draw length, especially when I was worn out.

    Humbled Again

Good choice especially if you're more confident with it. I hunt with a 50# bow after stepping down from a 70# compound a couple years ago. Effective range went from around 50yd to 10 for a couple of months; definitely humbling. Now I have supreme confidence out to 30-35yd and would take that bow...

    Who uses a clicker?

I shoot with my clicker up until about a month or so before the season starts. I've taken it off for the last two seasons and after 9 months of shooting with it on I feel confident about drawing the bow to anchor consistently. I know that I could tape it or put a piece of cloth on it but I'm...

Tips to get ready for the hunt

Always feel like my problem is I need to slow down while shooting. I'm going to go back to shoot one, pull one for a bit, that usually helps me take a breath and think in between shots. Made some string silencers a couple of nights ago, finally feel like the bow is quiet enough.

    What is everyone shooting....Trad style?

Wow, I keep a pretty close eye on it and haven't had any issues. Too close to September for the thing to give out now.
