    We managed to fill our cows tags on Saturday. This was my wife first elk. And first animal of any kind. She used her tikka t3 lite 270 wsm. With 140 grain Berger... One shot and down... She helped quarter and pack them both.. Proud of her....

    I went and bought my wife a 270 wsm. I have a 300 wm tikka. It has a micro bastard break on it. I bought it from a member on here. Is there any other breaks. That should be considered.
