    Lugs really does not matter. Tikka gets a 70 degrees throw already. A lot of bench rest rifles have only two lugs. The aftermarket parts are more important to me. Tikka just has way more of those than the other two options.

    If you are looking for accuracy, I would suggest getting a 22 bolt action - it is just a lot easier than a 10/22.

    Did not have experiences with pst II, but the mk5 3.5-18 I had did not impress me. Just could not get clear image out of it no matter how I adjust it.
