    For me it all about time and effort nothing to do with smell. Fire is a natural part of the ecosystem and I don't think the scent bothers animals.

    I went on a 4 day hunting trip a month after my daughter was born. Wasn't a big deal at all.

    How Would You Respond?

    I think it's silly to say the other guy should've been shooting as well. If I shoot an animal good or bad and I'm still within sight of it and making follow up shots, I don't want anybody else shooting. If an animal is still kicking does that entitle the whole group to start slinging lead?
