    I agree with most people saying a couple 120 or 150 igloos for 95% of the time but last year my dads bill filled 4 of those. Although it was an exceptionally large old bull.

    Cabelas woolmate or something else

    I swear buy good ol wool. I go to Goodwill or whatever thrift store you have and load up on old man sweaters, even scored an alpaca sweater for $4 last year. Durability is an issue but who cares when it’s dirt cheap. I also have some Cabelas wool pants that do the deed.

    Elk broadheads

    I like any of the left 3. I feel like the short and stubbies are too blunt but the blades on the longer broadheads slip right through. As always shot placement matters.

    9mm for bear protection, even grizz!?

    I feel like it’s all situational. You might see it coming in from say 40 yards and be able to get off a number of shots semi accurately with a 9mm in which case the smaller caliber would be advantageous because of the less recoil, although I’m sure the +p would add a bit.
