Lit a fire in to form the pipe but never used it in the field. Appears to be 7 1/2 diameter by 16. Can’t remember what I paid for it so if I’m out of line pm me. 200 shipped CONUS
Olive green, screen, stove jack. No rips or tears. Used for a 4 day hunt a few years ago. Wife likes wall tents and cots. Have 10 stakes. $400 shipped CONUS.
More bag space than I needed.
Missed having a smaller compartment for things I wanted access too.
Liked the integrated water bottle carrier of the 5900
I guess I wondering how much more forgiving a canvas tipi would be when it comes to sparks. Looking at getting a 6 person tipi for the wife and I on a float moose hunt where weight is not a big issue but I do like the idea of light weight for versatility.
Anyone have experience with stoves and sparks from the stove pipe burning holes in the fabric of tipis like seek outside makes. How does it compare to a canvas style tipi or tent.
