Can anyone recommend the simplest/quickest yet durable 2-3 person tent that is still compact enough to fit inside or strap down on the outside of a large pack? Hopefully one that has good life span. Will be used mostly in warm, western state summer nights Thanks, Mark

Oversized Sleeping bags

Can anyone recommend a good oversized sleeping bag, mostly used in warmer western state summer weather that is light and compact enough to strap down outside of a pack, or won't take too much room inside a pack (NOT MUMMY style)? I'm a big guy....6'2, 325 pds. Thanks, Mark

I appreciate the feedback fort fireman. Just out of curiosity, why do so many, like yourself want separate packs for long hunts and day hunts when packs like the 5500 and EMR 2 appear to compress down so small? Regards, Mark
