Got out today and shot a couple 10 round groups to verify zero. Ended up adjusting 1 mil down and 1 mil right. Didn’t stretch it out as the range down the street only goes to 100. What do you do for a living?
In my experience this very much depends on your boss , company management, etc. Usually this is a play to reduce risk for the company number crunchers on PTO that would need to get paid out to employees. It gets it off their books. Unfortunately bad management can really ruin it for everyone...- Tartan
