    Crispi Briksdal Pro GTX

    Has anyone ran these yet? I’m not seeing many reviews online and thought I’d check here. I’m on my 3rd pair of Crispi Guide GTX. Happy with them overall other than premature tread wear which is expected from the softer compound. Thinking about switching it up and wondering how the 2 compare?

    I’ve gone 2/3 in that unit on archery bulls, going in blind my first hunt. Find elk, be up with the sun and stay out all day. Persistence pays off. Best of luck to you!

    I have a euro and the ivorys. I’ll look into seeing if the lab would age a molar. Ivory’s were paper thin and worn as well. Quarter for reference.

    I showed the pictures to a biologist friend of mine a while back and he was thinking 12+ years old, which is ancient for a bull in the wild, especially in wolf country. Said he has only seen that kind of wear on cows 18+. Jaw injury is suspect as well.

    Any guesses on age?

    Shot this bull 2 years ago in Idaho. Meat was very tender. His teeth were extremely worn and most of his fronts were missing. Went back the following year and found his lower jaw but all the teeth were missing. Really wishing I would have snagged one to send to the lab out of pure curiosity.
