    Fighting boredom in all day sits.

    I'm lucky as I have acreage where I live. I'm a bit of a gentleman hunter as such by hunting a couple hours in the morning and then heading back to the house for my normal living routine before heading back to stand for the last 2 hours of daylight. Sit all day? I just can't do it.

    What scope am I looking for? Light weight, the right style of turret.

    Your first choice of the Swarovski Z6 1.7-10 is a good one. I have and use 2 on heavy recoiling rifles. I own and use other Z6's with BT's and they have all been reliable. I was told by a Swarovski employee ( who I know and will remain un named) to stick with all their models of Z6 or better, Z3...

    Another suggestion to use the .270. Terminal Ascent is an excellent bullet and is fine for the 400 yard shot and beyond.
