20% off last year's models while supplies last. Looks like you don't need a coupon code, site shows the sale price.
I have bought a few things from this site in the past...
Sorry for the slow reply everyone, didn't check the forum last several days.
c.brown - I'd prefer to sell it as is. Believe it is SPF now, too. Thanks!
Timber79 - Thanks and I'll reply to your email.
EXO 3500 coyote brown, small belt, belt pouches ***SOLD***
EXO 3500 with small belt and 2 belt pouches, very good condition. Used for many training hikes and carried a bull out of CO last year. Got bloody and cleaned up great. No rips, tears, or stains. All buckles, zippers, and straps...
Great boots, great condition. IF you're willing to stick your nose in and take a whiff, they still smell new. Bought new, owned them approximately a year and worn on some training hikes to break them in. I have not put any sealer or anything else on them. Tough decision to sell these, but...
Looks good! I'm finishing up a diy megatarp and am thinking about doing a quilt next. You're right about this thin, slippery fabric being tough to control. Add insulation to the mix and I bet it gets messy. I will have to look into that more before I jump into this project.
Ya. I had it in my head correctly, but we were looking at it from different directions. Much easier over the phone than typing back and forth - thanks again.
So, first pitch to check things out went well. Some of my sewing is pretty butt ugly, but serviceable. Left it up over night in...
Sorry to bring this up again, but I cant' seem to wrap my head around it. I've sewn the 7' ridge line and 4 corner stake loops. Ready to cut the angles on both ends (I'm putting a 'center zip annex' at both ends). My fabric is the 58" wide stuff.
"With 58" goods the answer is 32.56"...
Yes, the plans have been very helpful and much appreciated. I should say that I plan to use this shelter mostly in shoulder and winter seasons with a stove and that influences my decisions. I haven't decided on a zipper size/weight (?) yet and will seek some more experienced advice there. I...
I have looked over this megatarp post for a while and just noticed your addition to it - looks good. I had the same idea to build it w/o an annex and just zipper both ends closed. Simplifies the construction, could reduce the number of guylines, and possibly lightens it up a little. In good...
You might look into snowtrekkertents.com I never notice them mentioned outside of winter camping circles, where they are very popular and used tents hold their value well. We had a 9x11.5 we alot, but my family of 5 outgrew. They have small, solo sizes and larger sizes for basecamps/hunting...
Yeah, I thought about that which is part of why I was trying not to call back right away. I'm not in a hurry to buy anything, just want to have correct info percolating through my cocunut. Thanks
I left a message for customer service and haven't heard back. I hoped someone might chime in here to avoid calling them again. I want the stove jack, just don't see on their site that it is specifically included or a place to add it as an option. It doesn't say anything about velco or...
Howdy. First post, but have appreciated the info available here for some time.
I'm becoming more and more interested in Kifaru's Megatarp. Appears that it has gone through some updates and now I'm not clear on how all the features work. Is the sewn in entrance closed by velcro or zipper...
