    Tripod

    I have used the ball-head model for a couple years now and really like the tripod itself. Very versatile. If I was to buy again would get that pan-head version since the ball-head is somewhat of a pain now and then, especially when trying to pan around at high zoom to follow trotting animals...

    Kuiu Ram hunt

    I wondered about the shot placement too - it looked as though there was another entry or exit wound lower down than the spine shot while they were videoing post kill. Wonder if it struggled up a bit and required a follow up. Either way, saved that ram from a long cold and slow death...

    Alaska Blacktails

    Populations are doing fairly well in the last couple of years, warm winters and more rain than snow in many areas has limited winter-kill of bucks and does and allowed some of the big bucks that rut hard to survive another year, aging into that "toad" category! Finding them can be problematic...
