    My bride and I just got back from 10 days in Peru and 10 days in Spain and France. First thing my wife said as we got something to eat after getting back to the US was this tastes like crap. Amazing the food taste differences with all the crap we add to our food in this country.

    Painful knees

    So the older I get the more my knees hurt. I am 54 and 6 ft 192 lbs pretty active. Hunting big country whitetails elk trapping etc. Most days I find the Advil first thing in the morning. Any exercisers to help knee pain with maybe a touch of arthritis out there ?
