    Toe bone fusion

    Doc said my big toe bones need fused together to fix missing cartilage and bone deterioration. Has anyone had this done? I'm wondering about long term issues with hiking/packing in mountain terain after this procedure with no movement/bending in my big toe.

    Looking for feedback on the norma bondstrke bullets. Anyone have an idea of low end velocity expansion on these bullets? I'm sure they act like the accubond up closer but how about as low as 1800 fps impact velocity? Im not finding any information so far for low end velocity
