Suppressor covers - who's and why

I have a T & K cover. I haven't got a chance to test it out yet, but it seems like it would be good for the range. It seems very well made, and would hold up to abuse. But it is way to bulky for my liking on a hunting rifle. And I'm not a huge fan of the cinch down strap that runs around the...

    Silencerco Scythe TI review

I ordered a DD wolfhunter through Bauer a couple weeks ago. It should be at my dealer on Monday. They aren't real fast at processing form 3's, but the price was right with their discount. And they were quick to reply to emails.

    United health insurance

United is one of the worst at denying claims. My wife had to fight with them for months after our second child was born. She would have to re-submit each bill multiple times, because they kept denying them. And everyone we talked to at the hospital said United is one of the worst to deal with.

Tikka bolt stop pin break diagnosis

I've seen enough of them fall out that I put tape over it when pulling or putting on new barrels.

Tikka bolt stop pin break diagnosis

I would have done the same as you did by building up that shelf with a bedding compound, so that pin can't drop out of there.

Tikka bolt stop pin break diagnosis

That would be my guess as well. I remember a few years back people having issues with that pin breaking during matches, and I would bet that's the reason.

Tikka bolt stop pin break diagnosis

That and the tension from the bolt stop. If you have your barreled action out of the stock and push your bolt release, that pin can fall out. Make sure you have that pin all the way in before placing it in a stock. I always turn my barreled action upside down, and put the stock on. Then get...

Tikka bolt stop pin break diagnosis

I've seen those fall out of multiple tikkas while doing barrel swaps. That is one of my only complaints with Tikka actions.
