    300 Win Mag Question

Only one it's gotta be the 180 grn nosler acubond. I can say I am currently experimenting with the 200 grn terminal ascent. I like it so far but I don't think it will replace the good old acubond for me.

    Different outdoors hobbies

Hunting is first for me, then Ice fishing and predator calling, after that it's turkeys and bears, then I get out on the boat and I really enjoy salmon and walleye fishing. Then it's time to repeat the cycle. I also throw in some gardening cause you gotta eat some vegetables now and again.

    Backcountry Etiquette

Nothing frustrates me more than getting to spot " not a trailhead" and getting gear squared to hike in, and another vehicle roles up parks 30 yards away and has a fire drill to beat you away from the road. Or hiking in an hour before daylight and getting to a glassing point or stand and having a...

Pack cleaning help- not your usual stink

I'd try peroxide then rinse soak and use vinegar. Might even have to do it more than once. After you get it neutralized you can use oxyclean for a final wash.

    Interpretting First Lite's Logo

Or you could interpret it as XD and it would stand for before day. The X represents before or darkness and the D is day or daylight hence first lite. But it's cleverly designed as a mountain sunrise

    blood stained game bags

I soak them in cold water with a little bit of dawn dish soap to loosen up the stains. Wring them out then wash them in the washer with a little bit of bleach on a quick cycle to disinfect. After that I use the same scent free detergent as I do for my cloths on a warm cycle and hang them to dry...
