    WTB Meopta meostar b1 12x50HD

I have used my buddies MeoStar B1 12x50 binos, nothing not to like about these. Want a pair for myself. Meopta has the new for 2020 Air binos coming out in the next few months. Made with MeoStar glass but 10X. Meopta does have a very good LE/Mil discount program. All you need is proof. If you...

    Meopta new binoc?

All your info is correct. I will find out about the tripod adapter. I don't think about a tripod for bino's until I get past 12X, but I will see if the MeoPro Air has that capability.

Meopta Meopro 4.5-14x44 BDC vs SWFA 3-9x42

Agreed. That is what I do for every cal. I shoot. Chrono then enter that data, scope height and all. The more accurate the data going in, the more accurate your results will be downrange.

    Meopta Meopro Air

I will have my hands on the new Air's soon. I love the open bridge design and I know if Meopta built them they will be tough. Their QC is excellent and they truly value their reputation and stand behind their products 100%.

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

I haven't used mine under 6X and I have had zero issues. I harvested a nice buck at under 100 yards on 6X and a doe at 200 on 18X. I think you will be just fine.

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

The Z-Plus is Meopta's MOA reticle. Works great as a BDC reticle when dialed in accordingly too.

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

I used a DICHROTECH reticle scope on a Rem 700 SPS .308 Win last year deer hunting and took an excellent buck at first light with the help of this new technology. I now have an Optika6 2.5-15x44 with the DICHRO reticle on my .300 BO for chasing some swine this offseason. I'm sure it will be...

    Meopta Meopro or Athlon Cronus?

I own the MeoPro 10x42 bino and the Optika 8x42's. My next purchase will be the MeoStar 12x50's. A buddy has them and they are very impressive, especially in low light. I don't think you can go wrong with a MeoPro 4x42 or 8x32 set of bino's to add to your hunting arsenal. I have not been...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

With the zero-stop (takes 20 seconds to set!) and the MOA adjustments you certainly could reach out to 1000 yards if you wanted too.

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

I would have to agree with you that the MeoStar is a glass upgrade. I have the 1.5-6x42 on my .375 H&H. Love it! It will take whatever you dish out and the glass is impressive. Great in low light too. I have used mine for pig hunting this past year, tied of letting it sit in the safe all the...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

I have used my Z-Plus reticle to shoot 650 yards with my 6.5 CM. I know for many of you that's just warming up, but I was quite happy with being able to use it for drop and not dial it. I have the FFP 3-18x50 and I couldn't be happier with the accuracy my friends and I have been able to achieve...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

The donut ring is made for fast target acquisition usually in a low magnification setting. I believe that is the idea behind it on this optic. Kind of a multiuse optic if you will. Come to find out some folks don't mind it, some don't like and others are fine with it. I love it on the Optika6...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

Glad both were ok after the spill. I had the same thing happen during an elk hunt in the mountains of Eastern Ore. years ago. No fun and even less worrying about your scopes zero. Luckily all ended well just like your story. Thanks for the post and the pics! Meopta's Optika6 line has been doing...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

Meopta definitely listens to what you guys ask for and makes changes accordingly. You won't be seeing the caliber specific models showing up in the Optika6 line. I am enjoying mine and putting them through their paces on a consistent basis. I had 2 of them at a gunsmith College in Tishomingo, OK...

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

The circle is 1 MOA. The Z-Plus reticle is built on an MOA platform. Not sure where the Z-Plus comes from but that is what it is. Here's a pic of the subtensions. I have this scope in MOA and MRAD configuration, couldn't be happier. Very nice glass, tough, repeatable and reliable accuracy. I'll...

Yes, and if you can see the screws, the throw lever can be moved to best fit your shooting.

Meopta Optika6 3-18x50mm FFP Field Evaluation

While doing some freelance work with Meopta, I have been shooting the Optika6 for 6 months now and have close to 1000 rounds under it with 4 different rifles. It now sits on my deer hunting rifle, a .300 Win that shoots lights out and the 3-18x56 wrings out all the accuracy possible. Tracking...

Meostars or Nikon MHG Pros and Cons

I have bino's costing over $2K and I assure you the MeoStar 10x42 binos will not disappoint. I have been using mine for 6 months now and the Swar/Nik haven't come out of the safe. For a sub-$1000 bino Meopta gives you a lot of quality and a great warranty, not just 7 years like the Nik. I...

Maven c1 vs Meopta Meopro vs Vortex diamondback

Very nicely done review. I have been a fan of Meopta bino's since I first took a look through a pair. Impressive at all levels. I have put my MeoPro bino's through a lot of hunting/scouting days and love em. For a sub $500 bino they are sure tough to beat. There are a number of Rokslide...
