15 Degree Bag!!

Semi rectangular is ok. I bought a Big Agnes Summit park 15 degree bag and I really like the size and the sleeve for the pad. But I have heard that they are 15 to 20 degrees off on their temperature rating. I will be in the upper Yukon in early October and did not want to get cold.

Well it sounds like I made a poor choice in sleeping bags. Who makes a sleeping bag that is rectangular in shape (mummy bags are not an option) that is good for 15 degrees! Help please. Thanks, TMK

Big Agness temp ratings?

I have their R-6 pad. Just was curious, i have never had an opportunity to sleep in it yet. I am a big guy and that was the main reason i went with the BA. I guess i could always bring a liner!

Thanks for all the comments. I am going to be in the northern Yukon the 1st week on October. I have a 15 degree bag now, i may need to upgrade.

Bugle Report 2014

I hunted NW Co from September 13th thru the 21st and the Elk were not very active. It was very dry & warm. They did not respond to any kind of calls at all.
