Unless you have problems or your parents had problems in those areas I would say it couldn't hurt...or maybe it will? But eating clean all the time would be more beneficially then those gimmick cleanses or diets.
Anybody have the First Lite Kanab pant? I heard there was some sizing or poor fit issues with a low crotch. I really like the concept of a merino wool pant, but my KUIU attack pants fit so amazing I am not sure I should be second guessing the synthetic Toray material.
I'm guilty of this as well, I use to live in Thailand for many years and I always shaved everything to stay cooler- when I moved back stateside I never broke the habbit. The only part that sucks is in winter I feel like a chihuahua and get cold easily, especially my shaved head.
do you mean Attack pant? Sitka makes the Ascent pant. I have the Kuiu Attack pant and they are awesome- the fabric moves with my range of motion, it is dead quiet, warm but breathable and has a water shedding ability...whats not to love?

I'm with Aron on this- I picked up a pair of REI running gaitors and ditched the underheel teather. They are light weight and do their job- also are softshell and super quiet. I also like the shorter length as it allows me to wear my knee cap pads without having the straps...
