    Under spined?

Thanks all. I have a feeling the bow shop would not be much help if I went in and asked why they sold me improperly spined arrows...

    Under spined?

Thanks! I’ll double check a few things. No lighted nock or wraps. The extra weights I have up front thread onto back of standard insert and have the nock+GT collar thing.

    Knife Setup

Glad the “little Vicky” is getting some love in the ultralight section! I started making and gifting these with a kydex sheath to friends and family. Let me know and I’m happy to spin a few up for the weight conscious.

    Kydex source

Same here; easy to work with and fun. I bought a toaster oven from goodwill for $5 and am able to make sheaths with tools in my shop. Dremel, orbital sander, hand saw, files, etc. Hardest part is setting rivets without an arbor press.

    WTS Fraud alert!!!

They try and get you to send $; and then never send product... I think that is why they target optics and higher end items. Not Kifaru pouches for $30

    Simple cooler upgrades

We order a lot of groceries from Whole Foods (via Amazon) and the cold stuff comes in bags made of reflectix. I saved a bunch and taped together into a big sheet. I put it over the outside of my cooler in my rig and after 5 days in Idaho September all my ice was still frozen. Was shocked at how...

That is literally exactly what happened. And the supposed injured person also claimed to be a pastor and had all sorts of bible verses in his email communications. I’m an idiot.

    Kelvin Active jacket

This is bold but: the Kelvin active jacket is the best piece of hunting clothing one can own. As a western hunter, who covers ground and hunts hard I literally wear it all day everyday hunting in the fall and winter. A true mid-layer. It breathes. It keeps you warm. It knocks the wind chill...
