I practice from 5-30 yards normally. Mostly do to my shooting style 3under & heavy arrows.
I think shooting longer ranges is good for practice & makes the hunting range shots easier.

Ya i have yet to eat any grass fed beef, even the deer i eat are not totally grass fed. I just ment if you were going to it would get expensive. It's about eating clean. I do try to get seafood a couple times a week. I mix it up with chicken, pork,venison,fish & beef.
The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain Ph.D. is the book I read & it made a lot of sence to me. What I meant by being more expensive to eat healthy is that they promote grass feed beef & seafood which is a little hard to come by in Iowa, but not impossible. Your point is well taken on health care...

+1 on one arrow at time, i have never paper tuned, not that i shouldn't just that i shoot 4 fletch & do not have flight issues.

Light weight, warm & fit. As a bowhunter it lets me move easier with no bulk even in cold weather. I like the camo but thats not real important to me. Maybe its because Jason shoots a longbow also!! ;)
