    I'm going to have to check out that Reactor. I've been using a Jet Boil for the past few years backpacking and camping but experienced the same melting outside and that always worried me.     Best one handed belt pouch??

    I've had really good luck with Triple aught design's GPP1 pouches for easy access on a belt. They open and close easily with one hand and work great on a normal (non-molle) belt too with their pass thru on back.

    I prefer the aluminum stays too because of the ability to custom fit. Well worth the slight increase in weight!

    Shape charge vs 14’r

    I had a Shape Charge and while I loved it, with the internal frame sheet and stays plus a Sherman pouch it weighed almost as much as my Tarryall but less support and no lift. For more weight I would for sure go with the 14'r, Shape charge felt like more of a small daypack
