    Kansas is the awful. Every year we drive to Colorado my dad and I dread the Kansas part. Went a different route a couple years ago and went through Nebraska instead and that wasn’t much better. West Texas is pretty awful as well. The stretch from Dallas down to El Paso is mind numbing.

    If my landowner tag situation doesn’t pan out then I’ve decided I’m heading to Colorado either on a left over tag or OTC archery tag. I haven’t been in the elk woods since 2020and that is unacceptable.

    I think I may give up on trying to draw in NM. Financially I am now in a position where I can afford a landowner tag if I can get a hold of one. Not a Gila tag but something mid tier is in the realm for me.

    CO elk draw, what did you put in for?

    1st choice pref point for elk. Second choice a muzzleloader tag. I won’t draw it (90% odds at 0point first choice) but I wasn’t wasting my points on it. Deer point first choice. Second choice archery tag. I won’t draw it either. But figured what the hell. Antelope points only.

    Garmin recovery score always low

    I would reset it first. My heart rate monitor was out of whack. It would say my resting HR was 90-100. Id check my HR manually and it would be 45-55. I reset it and it’s been pretty accurate ever since. Maybe off by 3-4 beats.

    Work great. I used them in Iowa during the late muzzleloader season this past January. My boots have 400 gram insulation. I slapped em on as soon as I got settled and my feet were never cold. Temps were highs in 30s, lows were below zero.

    If the diesels didn’t have all the stupid emissions crap on them, then it wouldn’t even be a discussion. There is no comparison when pulling with a diesel vs gas. My 2015 6.7 has 850ft lbs of torque. It pulls my 12k 5th wheel up and down mtns at 70 mph and never even blinks. I average 11-12...
