Hey guys, appreciate all the replys. My goal isn't losing weight to be honest, more of improving cardio first, and a bit of muscle gain 2nd. Then when i feel like my cardio is good, maintain that and make muscle gains my main goal.

Not much juice in the tank today. Drove back to NE Colorado. Tried to get on the bike and legs said no after a 1/2 mile or so.
Lots of stretching, 69 push ups, 5 pull ups, 2 min dead hang.
In Tulsa tonight. Not much level area to get a workout in. Did some pull ups, then alternated on my mat 30s of plank, 30s of pushups, until exhaustion.
And I'm exhausted
Good day. Little biking, little hiking, little running. OnX cheated me outta 4-6 miles though. Beautiful day to be in western Montana.
