Work has been crazy. Looks like turkey season just ain't happening for me here at home. I'll throw the shotgun in the truck in case I get a chance somewhere out west.
Back home tonight. 70 pushups was all I had. Just a day and a half off and head to Spokane for Monday.
Too much work since Tuesday. AR to Wilmar, MN, over to Valier, MT, and now in Lovell, WY. Got here in time for a bit of movement though. Beautiful evening

Also started tracking calories and counting macros recently. Been working out pretty regular (at least for me, though nothing structured) the last few months. While I've lost about 15-17lbs, I feel like I've gained nothing in muscle.
