    If you really don't want to look at a drop chart, just use some athletic tape on your turret. Its easy to make sharpie marks on the correct points and label them with range on the tape. If you change loads or elevation, just rip off the tape and make a new one

    I've not tried very many but I'm really happy with my FL. I'd recommend a woobie, or bibs for whitetail hunting. When weight doesn't matter you might as well be warm enough for a very long sit. My FL unpronoucables are warm enough for western hunting, but not great for a truly sedentary 8 hour sit

    I wouldn't be concerned. The purpose of the pillars is to combat stock compression from the action screws. At the torque values the rifle specs to there shouldnt be an issue. But, if it makes you feel better, you can bed the action. Most of the time bedding tightens groups up anyway
