    He is being overly cautious. We drive heavy equipment over ours and burn slash pile on it. Have had fires that burn for days. Depending on how far from your tank you probably never get fluid that far in the field anyway.

    Good on you for not quitting. That said my late hunting partner had a iv that he had to take at 1pm everyday. He had a staph infection. We figured out a way to pack in a iv pole and iv bags on our mules for a backcountry elk hunt. Pretty sure we were the only tent on the mountain with a iv set up.

    It is a great place to live. Every places has drawbacks but there are more pros than cons. I say try it. If for some reason you don't like it you can always move.

    This is some incredibly steep thick big country. I trap alot of this all the way to Canada border. I have thought many times about what could happen if I got hurt. As we as trappers have to get away from the roads to prevent theft and tampering . It would be pretty hard to find a body.

    I really like mine in the 300 wm. I put a 1lb Jewel trigger in it and it shoots as good as I am able to. It likes the 200 gr Federal Ascent.

    I have a new in the box Montana 700i gps with the AMPS Rugged mount and ball bundle. I bought it new Oct 18 th 2022. I paid $779.99 for it. Would take $500.00 tyd. It is way more of a unit than I need.

    Plywood under your drywall. That way you can hang mounts anywhere. We have a 30 kw gen set with its own 1000 gallon supply of propane with auto transfer switch. Gives you security in case we are gone for anytime and power goes out.
