Any "don't miss" sporting goods stores in Cheyenne, Casper, or in between?

I bet we could hit Cheyenne around lunch time if we tried. It's hard to beat a good burger on a road trip.

Any "don't miss" sporting goods stores in Cheyenne, Casper, or in between?

Thanks. I will keep that in mind. I've never been to Cody so we may make the trip over.

Any "don't miss" sporting goods stores in Cheyenne, Casper, or in between?

We will be hitting Cheyenne on I-80 and heading up I-25 from there. We will break off on 26 from Casper. I will definitely hit up Sierra Trading Post. I order a lot of stuff from them. I'd like to see that place in person. If nothing else I want to meet the person that sends me 5 emails a day.

In a few weeks I will be headed out to Greybull, WY for an elk hunt. There aren't many options around where I live to check out western hunting equipment. There's really nowhere to look at decent boots, packs, or pretty much anything else that isn't geared toward whitetail. We will be hitting...

2017 Alaska Sheep/Griz hunt with Jeremy and BRWNBR

Great write up. I can't wait to get up there. I head out with Jake in 2019. Maybe he won't be as mean to me.

Anyone carry a weapon for pot hunting?

We typically bow hunt so I have a few small game points in my quiver. We are gun hunting this year. I plan to take my suppressed Buckmark pistol for off game.

If I remember that episode right, it looked like the Savage 42 breakdown. If it was that is a 22/410 over/under. Savage Arms : Firearms : Model : Model 42 Takedown, Compact

First Aid Orginization - Small pack

I don't use it for first aid, but I do have a Tactical Tailor E&E pouch on my pack belt. It has some organizer pockets in it. I think it would work fine for a smaller first aid kit. Fight Light E & E Pouch Horizontal

    Photography- one photo a day

I would put up a pic of my Stihl 251 cutting wood, but I am afraid the picture would start smoking from lack of sufficient bar lubrication.

Mtn Ops Yeti vs Ignite vs Enduro

Thanks. If I am doing anything in the afternoons it is likely cardio anyway so I do the Enduro then. Mornings are usually 30 to 60 minutes of running or packing followed by lifting. If I do that, I take the Yeti just before I run and it has set in by the time I lift. It sounds like the Ignite...
