We did it at the gym today. We used 15lb dumbells on the Renegade Rows. I finished in 36:16. We did a lot of lunges the day before, so I attribute some to that. I think it may have knocked me back a few minutes at most though. I need to work on a few things, but plan to hit it again soon.

I'll second Ten Sleep. I haven't been to the brewery, but they have some good beer. Wyoming Whiskey is distilled in Kirby. They make a good whiskey but I'm not sure of what they have as far as distillery tours or anything.
