No, they have a pretty flat bottom. I always add a 1/8" thick insole under the super feet for a little more cushion so I doubt mine will ever wear through.
Heet is just Methanol not much different than alcohol. The difference is Methanol is harmful if inhaled or ingested in its raw form.
Either toilet paper method does not produce stoichiometric combustion, neither of which i would use unless in an emergency situation.
I really want to try some other mono copper bullets other than Barnes however the BC of coppers dont even come close to the BC of modern lead core bullets. BC is everything past 500 yards.
If they can manufacture a bullet like the Absolute Hammers with a higher BC that would be money for short...
I shot the Axis 4mm 300's last year, 510 total weight. 28.5" draw 70lbs. I had to cut the arrows as short as possible to tune. Even 300's are pushing it for higher FOC build and being under spined.
Hopefully they got their customer service straightened out. I ordered arrows from them last year and never got them. Multiple emails and calls with no response and when they did respond they were lying. I eventually had to dispute the charges.
Surprised no one has mentioned the Super Feet Hunt. That's all i use anymore, they offer a tad bit more cushion under your heel. I often add a 1/8" thick soft insole under my Super Feet insoles to add a little bit more cushion also.
The 300 mag works just fine in the 6.5 PRC. Its a little long but leaves plenty of room for long high BC hand loads.
I make sure when I load my mag I push all the rounds to the back. Ive never had an issue either way though.
Some factory ARs are over gassed, playing around with an adjustable gas block and or buffer weights might help perceived recoil. Its nice to be able to spot your own shots.
On a M&P 15 if you're looking at a new barrel you might as well go with a free floating handguard.
I have both,
Briksdal the leather stretched a little down in their funky toe box. If they made the Briksdal with a normal toe box it would be my forever boot.
Idaho GTX 2, higher ankle makes it a little warmer in the summer months. If it was the same height, tapered cut on the ankles and...
I bought into the single bevel hype bought 3. Actually shot my elk with one this year. I didnt take many pictures. I had a perfect 40 yard broadside shot, full pass though just missed the heart. I noticed a decent sized exit hole, good blood. A bigger exit hole than ive seen out of single...
Ohh ok they didn't have a decent website before. Its the E-XC, the other models are the same bike with racks and baskets. Holy smokes the price went up!!!! The owner is hunter friendly unusual for Portland.
Being a Mid Drive the uphill is great! With only 500 watts you're still pedaling...
Ive shot Barnes for 20 years in some of my 30 cal guns with amazing success. Im leaning to higher BC bullets. Im having trouble finding anything with as high of a BC and the 143 edx.
If I were to load a round it would be the 129g Absolute Hammers with a 1:7 twist barrel and some H4350 or faster...
I down know the model, its just a chinese rebrand from a local distributor.
The only issue ive had was the motor isnt 100% waterproof I did a creek crossing and that caused some issues that the dealer ended up covering under warranty. Lessoned learned rain is fine and submerged water is not...
I have a 17" 6.5 Creed, its shooting the factory 143ELDx bullets at 2500fps. Its killed everything ive set the crosshairs on with the furthest shot being 250 yards and full expansion of the bullet.
My plan is to shoot hand loads with some higher BC copper bullets.
Yeah my store changed a lot. I use to go there to get some quality bbq pellets. Now all they sell is Traeger and Camp Chief, that it no other brands
I said to the employee "WTF is this, I can go into any gas station and hardware store and buy ******* Traeger pellets. I guess ill get what...
I ended up going with a popup A-frame camper with a ATV deck.
This things got ground clearance and low profile. Ive taken it down some ****** up roads.
