So I just got a stud and adapter set from Mutnt Gear for my NLs and I’m a little disappointed because once installed the binos still have a lot of play while in use. For those who have the Outdoorsman system, do your NLs stay pretty solid after being mounted? -

A good set of quality binos in 8x or 10x will out-glass a cheaper spotter, as well as your Diamondback 8s and 15s for that matter. With your budget you can certainly get into a pair of quality binos. There are a few pairs of Swaro SLCs as well as a pair of Leica Noctivids in the classifieds... -
