XR250 is a good bike. I liked my XR400 a bit more, probably because of my size (6'3" 230 lbs). I had an XR650 for a short time. Too big & too heavy for for my use.
Are you open to taking a class? As a newer shooter it would be good to get the groundwork for solid marksmanship basics & build from there. It might require some travel, but would likely be worth the investment.

They have not been changed. Thieves can also punch a hole in the door glass and pry up the door lock. Ravelco and Igla systems make it much more difficult to steal vehicles. Guys are also deleting the door lock cylinders and relocating the horns to further deter theft.
We got quotes from Culligan and another company called Pure. Both were around $6k for a whole house softener and RO system in the kitchen. Ouch. Dug a little deeper and found a local independent company that did the job for $2500.

Another thing to consider and think about is the underlying cause of low-T. Poor diet, lack of exercise, processed foods, inadequate sleep, hormone disrupting chemicals, consuming alcohol, etc... inflammation at the cellular level can also hinder your bodies ability utilize hormones.

And I would argue that keto, ketovore, or strict carnivore IS the optimal way of eating. Increases in cortisol are typically due to not eating enough salt when switching to , and maintaining a ketogenic diet.
Happened to me. Polycythemia- elevated hematocrit & hemoglobin caused an increase in blood pressure. Initially I donated whole blood to help counter the affects, then switched from 1 dose a week to 3 smaller doses. BP is still slightly elevated, but better than it was.
