Get your dealer to turn them down, if you can't. Use them at a lower volume and gradually increase it as you get used to them. Crumpling a sheet of paper can be pretty annoying for a while.
When you first get hearing aids you have to get used to them because you’re hearing sounds you haven’t heard in a long time and sounds that you may not want to hear at all. You also need to plan on going back to the dealer to tweak them so they sound right to you. As said, it is not going to...
As a former hearing aid dealer I can tell you that I would never get a rechargeable because it's going to go out when you need it most and you can't do anything about it. Batteries do the same thing, but then you pop a new one in, and they're cheap. I can get several days out of a battery. As...
I use both and can't say that I have a preference either way. The RRS is especially nice if you don't have or don't want the stud on your bins and it's adaptable to almost everything.
I had the same problem even after cutting with a fine toothed reciprocal saw and rinsing them. I now filet the shank and cut it into chunks. Hard to describe how awful it is to bite into a tiny bone.
I don't know if this has been posted but it certainly deserves at least an asterisk on their warranty (the italics are mine);
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Before sending your rifle in for an accuracy warranty claim, ensure that you have addressed all possible issues that may be contributing to your...
Just got the eyepiece and, though not yet verified, I'm sure it's genuine. There's a sticker on the box that basically says that it's grey market and "may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty." At least they're up front about that. It's raining and windy here so a real test will have to...
I'm about 90% sure it's a fake based on the pics and the comparison to current lenses. It will be interesting one way or another, but maybe not as interesting if I can't get a refund.
I've hired guides in Costa Rica and Mexico and always seemed to get them on a day when there were uncommonly few (none) fish. I can almost guarantee you'll be disappointed, but according to the guides, my experience was rare.
I just compared the pics to those from the Swaro website, and you are correct - it does not look the same. I tried to cancel the order but it's on its way so I guess I'll see it in person. I could live with gray market, not a fake.
I just ordered a 25-50 off Amazon for $559, which is cheaper than I've seen it anywhere. It's odd, in that it is listed as a 20-50, but the order shows 25-50. May be some catch, but it's supposed to be delivered Tuesday so I'll know by then...
I have a 1:10 twist on my Tikka .243 compact and the only round I can get a decent group with so far is the low recoil SST. I was told that the heavier bullets won’t stabilize with that twist so my next try will be 80 gr Barnes TTX and 90 gr ELDX
What a can of worms you are opening. You’ll have people praise a bullet, and others trash it. I’d read a few of the hundreds of threads on this topic, pick a few rounds that sound good and see how your gun likes them. (For the record I usually shoot ELD-X.)
Edit: when you’re done come back...
