    Would You Take This Shot?

I would only take a shot on the black dot assuming once he looks straight forward he will open up his broadside more. I would pass on all 3 with his current position, too much risk with non-fatal wound.

Increase in Political Arguing & Banter?

I was quoting the poster's characterization. Are you arguing that anyone who personalizes or polarizes a topic should be seen as a "hired gun?" ... please read what I posted again. I believe I was clear in stating that people who are against what many stand for on this site, are actively...

Increase in Political Arguing & Banter?

There are "hired guns" on all social media forums especially those forums that have a conservative leaning membership. Their goal is to create dissent within the group by appearing to be members of that group see Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals below ... "The major premise for tactics is...

Forums are like a TV or Radio ... if you don't like what you are hearing change the channel. If you don't like a thread, don't click on it. There are a number of politically oriented threads here that actually have good content on a topic and I have learned some things. I think the mods here...

    Wisconsin Wolf hunt!

Remember, many agencies like the DNR, NRCS, etc. are getting filled with eco activists & anti hunting types. Undercounting, or using methods to strategically count to arrive at very conservative numbers sets the stage for a lower quota. That with giving 40% of the quota allotment to the Indian...

so the ammunition manufacturers are not at fault for the higher prices

Overtime, increased machining costs, excessive maintenance/repair costs, having to outsource mftg to meet order demand, & increased inventory costs. Yeah, as a mftr when order demand suddenly increases without notice your costs per unit can go up.

    How are guys finding ammo?

Never said anytime soon. Hopefully late 2021, good chance it drags into 2022. A lot depends on ramping up production to multiple shifts, adding machinery, and supplies chains to support. If there is $$ to be made, amazing how business' can outperform projections.

    How are guys finding ammo?

Talking to a friend of mine who owns a gun store, he thinks that it will be until late this year until production on ammo "may" start to catch up. He is even have to negotiate hard with his suppliers to get better than AmmoSeek pricing.
