    Main trick with Oslo Bucco that I have found it so have the correct sides with them! We have not used pressure cooker but we have done Sous VIde for 36hrs and they are fall off the bone over homemade polenta.

    Form lunches we usually do Tuna packets and mini bagels, Jerky, Homemade trail mix, dehydrated fruit or fruit leather, granola bar. We always have something a little sweet just to help with any cravings.

    Why don't you try seeing a Physical Therapist? Even a few sessions can help you, that's what I did for a muscle issue I started getting out of the blue. Every once in a while it flairs up and I go back to the exercises and stretches given.

    We use Sous Vide for almost all our steaks now. The flavor and texture is amazing. After cooking you can give it a good sear and your good to go.

    We have both, Pit Boss version of the green egg and a Traeger. We use the Traeger more for sure. I feel like we haven't fully mastered the pit boss just yet. We have done some long cooks on the pit boss though and the food comes out amazing.

    Sous-vide

    We use the Anova precision cooker and love it! You can cook anything from Osso Bucco to steaks. The next thing to look at would be the searing options. There are some good Youtube videos on some good techniques.
