Where are the Nosler bullets?
From what Nosler says, and performance seems to back up, the blems are purely cosmetic, maybe the color is off, or something like that. Nosler assures that it is just cosmetic, and compared to a "regular" Nosler bullet. I only have experience with Partitions however -

Shooters Pro Shop is where I always look for Nosler stuff. A quick look shows some random stuff in stock. Seems to be less Blems than when times were "normal" -
Is there an ultimate brown bear, elk, and moose cartridge?
I have a 300 WM in a Ruger, so if I were in your shoes, I'd go 375 Ruger in a Ruger as well, just to have that familiarity. -

The perfect elk rifle...
For a sub 7pound rifle, I'd say a 280AI or 7mm Saum, but really neither are to far from your 270 WSM. With that in mind, I'd look for a rifle for the thick stuff, maybe in 338 Fed or 338 RCM or 358 Win, Just to round out your safe. -
