The Lynx have been good for me but I did have some contact in the toe box cost me a toenail. I also had a pair of their insulated version of the 960 (different number, maybe 1052) they were good but somehow aggrivated my Achilles and I had to ebay them.
The Crispi Valdres wide finally worked for me in a lightweight boot at least. I did break down and go Lathrop and Sons wide Mountain Hunter for a heavy duty boot and it seems to be working out. I only have maybe 30 miles on them so far but seem to just be getting better.
I went ultralight for a few years. I finally sized up to the Static V luxe and have not regretted it. Sleep is key to rebuilding your body for the next day, and the next day...
