Wish I had pictures of that but I don’t and what I mean by that is the bullet hitting the hide blowing up underneath and nothing getting past the surface of the ribs into vitals. I believe that to be from too much velocity at close range. Also had one penetrate in the top of the back an inch...
Very little damage? It blew half of his lung off. Had it been 3-4,000 elevation it would’ve probably done even better. Sure was more than field tip damage that someone said it would be.
My bull took 3 or 4 staggering steps, stopped knowing something was wrong. Tried to pick up his front leg and dropped dead. That was at 981yds. This was the 195.
You are correct. I was looking at the projection length. The design is different and there is no rubber tip like on the lazer. So that may or may not help. I think it does. Maybe you should try it out and see for yourself. That’s all you can do.
I have got the revics last Friday and have 12x42 nl pures. I’ve been doing low light tests along with contrast, resolution and color. These binos are pretty impressive. I can’t say they’re better than the swaro nl pures when It comes to edge to edge clarity but I sure wouldn’t feel handicapped...
