Might be an issue with the Redding dies. This guy in the video is having the same issue.

Right! I have a 6.5cm that loves CCI Magnum primers, on the flip side I have two 6.5prc's that run better with fed 210 and have issues with Magnum primers. 🤷‍♂️

I load my 6.5creed with 41.5gr of H4350, Hornady brass, 143 ELDx and CC250 LRM primers. No issues at all and very accurate with good ES and SD numbers.
